This system combines proper surface preparation, durable ceramic protection, and compatible maintenance components to deliver long-term performance in one cohesive workflow.
Formulated for high-temperature environments, the ceramic coating creates a durable, hydrophobic barrier that resists staining, corrosion, and embedded brake dust while enhancing gloss and making routine cleaning significantly easier.
Why We Created This System
Wheels and brake calipers experience some of the harshest conditions on a vehicle. Traditional protection breaks down quickly under repeated heat cycles, leading to constant buildup and difficult maintenance.
We developed this system to address those challenges holistically by pairing a high-heat ceramic coating with the correct preparation and support products. The result is predictable application, improved durability, and consistent long-term results.

How to Apply
- Wash wheels and calipers thoroughly to remove loose contamination.
- Mechanically decontaminate if needed, then dry completely.
- Use ESOTERIC Panel Prep Wipe to remove oils and residue prior to coating.
- Apply a controlled amount of coating using a microfiber or suede applicator.
- Work evenly using overlapping cross-hatch motions.
- Level excess product with clean microfiber towels based on temperature and humidity.
- Allow the coating to cure indoors for 4–6 hours. Avoid water and heavy brake dust during this period.
