The latest version of Kamikaze Collection Window Coat is here with significant upgrades!

The "non-streaking" superhydrophobicity has been further enhanced compared to the previous version. The surface coating of this product has been developed so that special fluorine molecules are uniformly arranged on the surface layer. While the term "hybrid" might be appropriate in this case, the thick film of concentrated polymer silicone exhibits water repellency beyond our expectations.

The water repellency easily exceeds 110 degrees, measurable by standard water contact angle instruments. Water droplets roll off the glass surface in a "straight" line with minimal "meandering." A key characteristic is the remarkably small size of each water droplet.

Durability of 1 Year or More & Easy Re-application Possible

Water repellency tests under optimal weather conditions showed durability of over 1 year. However, this often doesn't reflect real-world usage. Side surfaces maintain durability for over a year, but the front wiper operating area is subject to abrasion, reducing the coating's effectiveness.

Recommended for Vehicles Prone to Wiper Chatter

During development, Kamikaze Collection conducted monitored installations whihc resulted in almost no complaints or reports of wiper chatter, even on European cars, which are generally susceptible to it. While proper results are not guaranteed with deteriorated wipers or without proper surface preparation, Kamikaze Collection encourages those experiencing wiper chatter to try this product; they believe the thick film reduces surface resistance and friction, mitigating chatter.

The volume has been increased, enabling more generous application or a second coat.
